Recently, at the 32nd meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors of Duolun Technology, a proposal was considered and approved that the raised RMB 465,547,600 to increase the capital of Duolun Vehicle Inspection Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Duolun Vehicle Inspection”) for the implementation of the project “Inspection Station Construction for Brand Chain Motor Vehicles”. At present, the capital increase has been completed and the registered capital has been increased from RMB 399.68 million to RMB 865.2276 million, which accelerates the arrival of a new era of intelligent vehicle inspection.

The intelligent vehicle inspection business started in 2019. Since then, Duolun Vehicle Inspection has been constructing and operating motor vehicle inspection stations in key cities across the country, starting with regions including Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Hubei and Hunan. It has built stations intensively in the above-mentioned provinces to fully occupy the regional market, built a multi-level network of shops for safety inspection, environmental protection inspection and comprehensive inspection, and conducted chain brand operation and management, create the brand force. Through expanding and penetrating at the current market, it will take a lead, enhance its competitiveness and spread its service to the whole country.

At the same time, in order to meet the big data resources management requirements of national ministries and commissions as well as provincial, municipal and district (county) management units, the management philosophy of “quality service, efficient operation, risk pre-control and aid decision-making” is implemented. The company will build a big data center for smart motor vehicle inspection, and gradually introduce new technologies such as 5G, AI, block chain and edge computing to strengthen the all-process integration of digital functions in the design, inspection, operation and maintenance, management, etc., and enhance the company’s core competitiveness in the field of vehicle inspection. 

In the future, Duolun Technology will build a chain of high-standard and strictly regulated motor vehicle inspection stations nationwide based on its own resources and technical advantages, and provide consumers with a new standard, convenient, intelligent and efficient vehicle inspection through its differentiation strategy. The company plans to build 500 new motor vehicle inspection stations nationwide within three to five years, establish a national vehicle inspection big data center and a smart vehicle inspection cloud platform, and change the traditional vehicle inspection using big data processing, AI, information management platform and other high-tech means, so as to establish a new standard for the Internet vehicle inspection industry, lead the industry change, and then build a new vehicle inspection ecosystem in China.
