Recently, Duolun Technology won a bid of “Intelligent Transportation Equipment Procurement Project in Fengnan District of Tangshan City” with the bid value of about RMB 148.5 million, which fully reflected local government’s and industrial experts’ high recognition of Duolun Technology’s comprehensive strength as well as its capability in project-implementation and service in the Hebei market. As a milestone event for Duolun Technology in the field of IoT, it was of great significance.

Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province boasts advantageous location and developed transportation system. It is 160 km from Beijing and 68 km from Tianjin Port to the west, 150 km from Qinhuangdao Port and 50 km from Jingtang Port to the east, and 30 km from Caofeidian Port to the south. Under the leadership of Fengnan District Party Committee, Fengnan government and Fengnan Public Security Bureau, the intelligent transportation project is built and managed by Fengnan Public Security Bureau, following the requirements of Guiding Opinion on the Scientific and Technological Construction of Roads in Hebei Province. Duolun Technology will collect, manage and publish comprehensive large-scale road traffic information in an all-round, real-time, accurate and efficient way to provide trajectory information for car-related security incidents and solve the incidents rapidly. It will also corroborate penalties on not-on-site traffic unlawful acts, provide support in positioning and data for the on-site law enforcement and quick treatment, and serve as technical means to reduce the time of on-site law enforcement and police on the case.

At the same time, the traffic big data platform will be used to obtain the dynamic information on the road network: the distribution of traffic busy sections, travel models, traffic flow etc., associating people’s traffic travel with real-time traffic information to build an intelligent information exchange system of data, information, knowledge and intelligence, promote the parallel development of people, vehicles, roads and the environment. Focusing on the principle of “reinforcing the fine delicacy management of roads, continuously improving services for people’s livelihood, enhancing people’s awareness of traffic civilization, and comprehensively promoting the development of traffic big data industry ”, the platform will promote the comprehensive traffic governance in Fengnan District, help the public realize green travel, and support the comprehensive governance of the environment and the construction of intelligent Fengnan.
