Recently, with the approval of the State Administration for Market Regulation, it was confirmed that “Jiangsu Duolun Vehicle Inspection Industry Holding Co., Ltd.”, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Duolun Technology, was officially renamed as “Duolun Vehicle Inspection Group Co., Ltd.”. Meanwhile, it was approved that the enterprise group with the subsidiary as the core was entitled “Duolun Vehicle Inspection Group”.

The change of the name marks that Duolun Vehicle Inspection, a subsidiary brand for intelligent vehicle inspection of Duolun Technology, will uphold the strategic goal of the nationwide layout, overcome all the difficulties, and spread its brand over the country with the operation strategy of brand, chain, and intelligence. Duolun Vehicle Inspection will expand its markets with high standards, efficiency, and quality, and present its products with the initial intention of serving the vehicle owners.

01 Keep Promoting and Making Progress

In July 2019, Duolun Technology acquired 65% of the equity of Shandong J-Blue Tech Co., Ltd., and participated in the research and development, sales, and services of software and hardware including equipment for motor vehicle inspection, and remote sensing monitoring of exhaust.

In September 2019, Duolun Technology established its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Duolun Vehicle Inspection Industry Holding Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 300 million, marking that the enterprise’s formal entry into the industry of motor vehicle inspection.

In December 2019, Duolun Vehicle Inspection acquired 55% of the equity of the six stations for vehicle inspection in Zaozhuang, Shandong, marking the enterprise’s entry into the brand-chained operation of stations for motor vehicle inspection, which opens the new era for construction, acquisition, operation and management of stations for motor vehicle inspection.

In December 2019, Duolun Vehicle Inspection and its partners in Zaozhuang, Shandong, jointly established Shandong Duolun Motor Vehicle Inspection Co., Ltd. with a holding of 65% of the equity, and a registered capital of RMB 50 million. The enterprise is mainly responsible for constructing its own inspection stations, operating stations, and cooperating with and acquiring other stations.

In May 2020, Duolun Technology applied to China Securities Regulatory Commission for public issuance of convertible corporate bonds. Duolun raised RMB 640 million, of which RMB 540 million was invested in the construction of brand-chained stations for motor vehicle inspection. Duolun will further expand and penetrate its brand into the nationwide market, and establish the big data centre of intelligent motor vehicle inspection in its Headquarter in Nanjing.

In July 2020, Duolun Vehicle Inspection released its semi-annual report which showed that the enterprise had acquired and newly constructed nearly 20 stations for vehicle inspection over the country, and the number is expected to exceed 50 by the end of 2020.

In August 2020, Jiangsu Duolun Vehicle Inspection Industry Holding Co., Ltd. increased its capital to RMB 399.68 million, and officially changed its name into Duolun Vehicle Inspection Group Co., Ltd. with a clarified strategic goal for the nation-wide layout.

Since the establishment of Duolun Vehicle Inspection, all members of Duolun Technology, ready for devoting themselves and taking their responsibilities, have taken this move as an important step in Duolun’s second venture. Chairman Zhang Anqiang guided Duolun and has set up a team to finish the strategic layout. The team has taken immediate action with the specific strategic goal. Duolun is confident to attain the achievements that meet the need of the users and vehicle owners who attach value to Duolun Technology and Duolun Vehicle Inspection, and provide the sincerest service for them by the end of 2020.

02 Keep Initial Intentions and Place Services First

The business of intelligent vehicle inspection is an important starting point for Duolun Technology to transform from a technology enterprise to a “technology + service” one.
