The breakfast meeting for innovative entrepreneurs was held in Nanjing on June 21^st, 2020. The meeting is an important part of the “Innovative Entrepreneur Day” in the Nanjing Tech Week 2020, as well as a regular activity of the monthly service day for entrepreneurs in Nanjing. Zhang Jinghua, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting, enjoyed the breakfast, and planned for the future development with more than 30 innovative entrepreneurs.

Innovative enterprises composed the majority of the breakfast meeting. Jiangsu Information Institute of Science and Technology released the list of the top 100 high-tech enterprises in Nanjing. Duolun Technology, along with enterprises like Huawei Software Technology, Nanjing Zhongxing New Software, was on the list.

Zhang emphasized that innovation is the first driving force for development, and science and technology are powerful weapons against challenges. As the pillar of Nanjing’s development, innovative enterprises represent the vitality, the future for science and technology, and the industrial competence of the city. It is essential for the whole society to conscientiously provide services, create a good industrial environment, help to accelerate the development of enterprises, and keep cultivating more points for growth.

The complete list of selected enterprises

Among the selected top 100 high-tech enterprises in 2019, the five landmark industries of Nanjing take a share of 70%, while enterprises listed at home and abroad account for 29%, reflecting the sustainable innovation ability and market competitiveness of the high-tech enterprises in Nanjing. This selection also aims to encourage selected enterprises to take the lead in and set examples for the new format, new path, and new impetus for the industrial transformation and upgrade, like the head goose in the flock.

Nanjing is witnessing the construction of an innovative city, the strategy of expanding domestic demand, the promotion of the “four new” action plan, and the consolidation of independent and controllable industrial chains.
