Recently, Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province issued the “Notice on Announcing the List of the Third Batch of Leading and Backbone Talents in Intellectual Property Rights in Jiangsu Province”. The “Notice” shows that after preliminary review, credit review, expert online evaluation and centralized evaluation by the Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province, 241 backbone talents of Jiangsu province's intellectual property rights were selected.

Dr. Ye Jian of intellectual property department of Duolun Technology was selected among the Third Batch of Backbone Talents of Intellectual Property Rights in Jiangsu Province.

Dr. Ye Jian, graduating from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, has been engaged in intellectual property work for 6 years. He has the titles of patent agent, patent examiner and assistant researcher, etc. issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration. He has published several papers such as Brief Introduction to Patent Application Strategy of Scientific and Technological Enterprises and Analysis of MOS-FET Patent Technology Data in journals such as Science and Technology Innovation Herald and China New Telecommunications. 

Since joining the intellectual property department of Duolun Technology in 2016, he has been responsible for the construction of the company's intellectual property management system and the management of the company's patents, trademarks, software copyrights and other intellectual property rights. He mainly studies and analyzes the technology related to the company's driving test, driving training and other transportation electronic products, and assists scientific researchers to develop intelligent transportation products and driving test and driving training electronic products with independent intellectual property rights. He follows up the development progress of relevant technologies and products in real time during product R&D and provides corresponding patent technology analysis.

Since his appointment, Dr. Ye Jian has obtained 7 authorized patents for utility models and 1 appearance design authorized patent and has applied for 12 invention patents as the first inventor. He has published three Chinese papers as the first author, two Chinese papers as the second author, and two English papers as the second author. Since his appointment, the company has obtained a total of 5 authorized invention patents, 122 authorized utility model and appearance design patents, 151 software copyrights and 34 registered trademarks.

Dr. Ye Jian was selected into the “Jiangsu Innovative and Entrepreneurial Doctor” plan in December 2017 and the “Nanjing Creative Cluster Jiangning Talent Project” plan in February 2018. In 2018, the company's appearance design patent won the “Nanjing Excellent Patent Award” issued by Nanjing Intellectual Property Office, and in 2019, he was awarded the senior title of associate researcher in science and technology management of the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province.
