To implement initiatives by the Traffic Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security and effectively enhance traffic safety awareness among youth, a special "Summer Vacation Traffic Safety Campus Campaign" was held on July 9, 2025. Guided by the Research Institute for Road Safety of the Ministry of Public Security, Duolun Technology partnered with the People's Government of Chengduo County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, to host this event. Under the theme "Cultivate Habits of Civilized Travel to Guard Youth Growth During Summer Vacation," the event took place at Chengduo County No. 1 Ethnic Middle School. It featured an innovative public welfare model combining "safety education seminars" with "campus safety facility upgrades," dedicated to ensuring travel safety in this Tibetan region.

Chengduo County

Chengduo County, part of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in central Qinghai Province, is located at an average altitude of 4,500 meters above sea level, opposite Yushu County across the Tongtian River. The school auditorium, where the event took place, benefits from IT equipment and teaching facilities donated by the Ministry of Public Security, serving nearly 3,000 students across the campus.

 During the donation segment, Duolun Technology presented smart traffic signal lights and supporting facilities to the Public Security Bureau of Chengduo County, contributing to the intelligent upgrading of local traffic infrastructure. At the same time, the company also donated the "12 Chinese Zodiac Animals Illustrated Children's Books for Traffic Safety", guided and compiled by the Research Institute for Road Safety of the Ministry of Public Security, to the Education Bureau of Chengduo County. These intriguing books are designed to help children acquire basic knowledge of traffic safety through playful learning.

Kou Mingxing, traffic safety propagandist of Duolun Technology, delivered an immersive safety session through animated videos, interactive presentations, and quiz competitions, and systematically covered pedestrian safety, proper passenger behavior, and emergency responses. Heuristic questions, illustrated with real-world cases, such as "How to avoid dangers in vehicle blind spots?" and "What to do when encountering road collapses during rainy seasons?", sparked lively discussions among students. Traffic-themed stationery and traffic police bear mascots distributed onsite served as powerful learning catalysts, significantly boosting engagement.

This initiative gives fresh impetus to Chengduo County's mission to build an integrated traffic safety education ecosystem centered on "Safe Campus, Civilized Commuting." As summer vacation approaches, this well-timed safety campaign is quietly yet effectively instilling the core principle of "Risk Awareness, Risk Avoidance" into the minds of teachers and students alike.

Building on years of dedicated work in traffic safety education, Duolun Technology has previously conducted over 10 "Traffic Safety Experience Sessions" benefiting hundreds of thousands of children nationwide, including initiatives in Pu'an County (Qianxinan Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province) and Shaoshan City (Hunan Province).
